I ordered the second one because I couldn’t find my first one. I went ballistic looking for it. This is actually one of the best waist trainers. I’ve been waist training for the past 6 years. I went from an extra large to a small. I recently gained some weight and this has been the most qualifying trainer for my body type that I have used in years. I’m shaped like an hourglass and this trainer helps form that shape so I give this trainer 10 out of 10!!! oh and remember how I said I couldn’t find the other one I found it now I have two. I am so pleased!!!

Good material. Enough space on velcro to make it as tight as you want. Im gonna say it's true to size, got an XL thinking might be a little big but no. Fits perfect n can make it tight.
